If you are having trouble syncing points between your mobile device and the ClassDojo website, here are a few quick steps to get points syncing again:
Do you use an iOS Device?
If points given on a mobile iOS device or tablet are not syncing automatically to the website, the first thing to try is force quitting the application completely.
Here are a few quick steps on how to force quit an application:
- Double-click the Home button
- Swipe left or right until you have located the ClassDojo application
- Swipe the ClassDojo application up to close it
- Reopen the application and give a point – do the points sync now?
Is your Android or iOS application still not syncing?
- Can you see if deleting the app entirely and reinstalling it helps?
This will ensure you have the very latest version
